23rd annual Birdathon results

Project Puffin staff, researchers, and volunteers spent May 27th birdwatching on our seabird sanctuaries and across the state of Maine.

Total number of species seen on May 27th (Birdathon day) = 161 species.

Total number of puffins seen on May 27th = 564 puffins on all Maine colonies.
